elcome to the Ausar-Ra Cycle of Realization course, phase one, the winter solstice season.
This 90-day program consists of soundcasts accompanied by downloadable text and graphic information. The course is supported by course-member webinars and group meditations. The recordings of these sessions will be added to the end of this library as we go along. The structure of the practice consists of four meditations taught in the course.
Three of the meditations are done on track 12, the Ausar guided meditation track. These three meditations require the completion of the assignments explaining the omnipresence, omniscience, and omnipotence of God. The fourth meditation which guides the purification of your Swadhistanna psychic chakra.
To get the most out of the season, thoroughly complete the meditation preparation assignments and memorize your meditation script. Then schedule your meditations as follows for 24 days in a row:
Days 1 to 3: perform meditation 1.
On days 4 to 6, perform meditations 1 and 2.
On days 7 to 9, perform meditations 1, 2, and 3, and
on days 10 to 24, perform all four meditations.
If you are new to Kamitic meditation, your first task is to master the information and breathing technique given in Track 10 of the meditation instruction.
Once this is done, you will find it easy to enter into, and function in the alpha brain wave state. As you practice and gain competency you will be able to complete each scripted meditation in 20 minutes or less.
Remember that it is not when you start, but how consistent you are, that will give you the greatest result. Resolve to be consistent. The achievement of your spiritual growth and objectives this year is well worth it.
